Does a Community Assoc have to respond to snail mail

Postby Johnny on Mon May 05, 2008 5:53 pm

Hello,

Does a Community Assoc have to respond to a written letter, I have written and asked for a written response and they just say go to the meetings for an answer, can they make you go to the meetings and not respond to written letters? How to get information with out going to meetings? what about if you live in Hawaii and the Assocation is in CA :?: I thought they might have to respond if written to...is there a rule? is each Assocation different? :ugeek:

I have asked for written correspondance and I have gotten NONE. I thought that when you sent a letter some response was required ...
