Drainage - who reported a drainage issue on Tangerine?

Postby Maddio on Wed Jul 09, 2008 10:33 am

Can anyone tell me who reported a drainage issue on Tangerine? minutes do not show a drainage issue reported or approved to I am perplexed and wondering who and when a drainage issue was reported, there are 2 homes on TANGERINE, I did not report this - I did not see any trouble at the other homes. The new double tangerine road may now make a drainage issue !!

Can anyone tell me where the "emergency sand bags" are to control a identified drainage issue, I have not seen any drainage pooling, has any one seen a drainage issue?

Can some one show me PHOTO's or some sort of Drainage issue with in 300 feet of TANGERINE ROAD?

Inquiring minds just want to know -

1) who reported a Drainage problem on TANGERINE
2) who confirmed a drainage problem on TANGERINE
3) who approved the plans to mitigate the perceived drainage problem by building a new road?

QUESTION:: If the undocumented Drainage problem is below Tangerine, then Why are they working UP SLOPE from a percieved Drainage problem? I thought when you have a drainage problem you work down slope...to assure drainage.

QUESTION:: When the PBCA paved PEPPERTREE they assured us that all run off would go down Peppertree to the major Drains, I do not think or See that run off is going down TANGERINE. If this is true, where is the run off coming from that is making the Drainage problem?

How will whole new elevated road change the drainage? I thought MORE Pavement ment MORE Run-OFF? The doublewide road seems like it will cause more drainage issues ...All I want is someone to explain.

The minutes are there but still I see NO comments NO report of a drainage issue - :!:

1) Who and When was there reported a Drainage problem on TANGERINE?
2) Who and When was there confirmed a drainage problem on TANGERINE?
3) Who and When was there approved the plans to mitigate the perceived drainage problem by building a new road?
4) Where there emergency service trucks required?
5) Was there any Flood Insurance claims?

QUESTION: If there was a problem then why could not sand bags be deployed, Sand Bags are usually enough preventative measure if there really was a problem large to require major land regarding and dumping, then one would expect sand bags.

QUESTION: How will whole new elevated road change the drainage? Two roads with double Pavement could actually cause MORE Run-OFF???

:?: :?: :?: :?:
IF this was not a drainage issue then what is this new road construction addressing?
Who is liable for your dumping and grading, Can you assure us the land will not being to move or cause danger to the homes below or accelerate the landslide? Why is a new road of outside un-compacted soil any more stable than the current road?

If this was some sort of landslide abatement experiment then who gave you the permission to experiment with our homes and safety with out study or permits? HELP!!!!
