the commercial use of the property across from lot 111 Audrey Cunningham 8 Cherry hill. This property has seen the establishment of a FULL scale commercial landscaping business to include the dumping and storage of raw construction sand, the parking and storage of commercial vehicles, the establishment of a chipping station, collection of PV Stone and Plant storage. Please see the pictures attached. These are large scale materials and these items are not being used for this property improvement or for the community support but most likely for a commercial purpose of the landscaper who owns this lot.
WAS this lot usage and its improvement was approved by the board or architectural committee or not. If this is not an approved new business in support of our community, Will there be any remediation to return the lot to pre commercial state? any action any follow-up? CAN this company could get permanently established with some law any domain and usage? Could they get a new status of “Commercial Property” in our neighborhood?
As the Association, I think should protect and control the usage property and maintain some state of control in this neighborhood. This is not a small scale or home attached business but a large scale business with dumping and noise and no home owner. If you do not have control over large impacting commercial activities then the board is not being effectual in managing our lands.
It is the responsibility to protect the homeowners property value, it is not good as its being in a landslide, and allowing commercial dumps do not help property values. YES This is an out of the way lot! AND people do not notice or seem to care but that does not mean that the board should not care about the lands as a whole and the people who cannot protect themselves due to age or disability from others abusive property usage.
