#2 lot pad

“NOW” that owners well be allowed to build on “suitable” lots in zone 2 with moving land what about the future– I am just looking at the facts and the lot out side my window it is a nice ugly dusty "pad" for a home of the future...Everyone who sees it asked is a home is going in?....WELL I think I have to say probably yes someday yes.

Through the smoke and the mirrors PBCA has had a contractor build a lot flat where there was a steep cliff that lucky owner! They would have never let the owner build that pad. It is now home build able it has been placed in front of my home using the community grading permit time and money. The road is worse than ever with cars getting stuck, The landslide was not mitigated...only "minuscule" water was displaced from the valley.

Building on the active slide ...YES Not today, Not tommorrow, but after a few more law suits and decisions? We have proved it is not dangerous...we are alive, it will just be time...Thanks PBCA what was an unbuildable cliff covered with topsoil and natural land is now ready for building, the city would have never allowed so much fill.

Do you really think they still might kick us all out ? Really that scare tactic is as old as the ancient landslide. Sounds like building in the wind welcome all the new families to the PBCA!

Do you think he plans this all out or does he just make this stuff up as he goes along?
