~ I have posted here because the PBCA has repeatedly dismisses my letters, I feel threatened by the board members previous harsh words and threats of restraining orders and bulldozer actions, I am plain scared of more damage to my property. I fail to communicate to members from past attempts because I do not understand their hidden agendas and from experience I am not able to clearly or successfully communicate my quality of life and saftey concerns to their brains in a manner that gets any result. I feel safer with words and keyboard and distance between me and the current board of the PBCA.
I posted here in a PUBLIC FORUM not behind anyone’s back but right in front of the public because.... I am tired of writing letters that get no response or I get temporary fixes and yet the problems continue to grow. The WEB is public and not behind peoples backs and available each of the members of this community so we can all talk and hear the explanation not in an executive meeting or plans made hand waving on the streets but out in this public forum about issues and rumors.
I want to bring up issues that are being ignored. I have not gotten results with traditionally letters so I am trying to reach out for more eyes on these issues, to awaken issues that have been swept away or hidden by the landslide excuse. Since we are not getting minutes it is hard to know what is going on.
Why something can't it be in public? Why does stuff has to be secret? If it is bad activity.. then ...perhaps one would not want it posted in public, then why did it happen to this community to its members? If something is wrong then explain... why it is happening. If it is just a rumor then we should identify this and expose the rumor.
If I am making life miserable for the PBCA BOARD then so be it, because in each letter taht I wrote asking for help, for information, for a schedule and a plan for the last two years, I explained that the actions of their contractors were and are making my home into a bulldozer and dump truck hell.
Let’s raise issue in public available to all members, not just in meetings this is the new digital age. FREEDOM of INFORMATION right? Meetings are not accessible to all members.
