The City of Rolling Hills Estates invites residents, friends, family and neighbors to commemorate 50 years as a city at its annual Old-Fashioned City Celebration on Saturday, September 15, 2007. Located at the Empty Saddle Club, the all-day event will feature a barbecue dinner, live music, a poker ride, wild animal shows, equestrian events, hay wagon rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, and a variety of fun picnic games, such as three-legged races, watermelon-eating contest and horseshoe matches. The Empty Saddle Club is located at 39 Empty Saddle Road, off of Rolling Hill Road, just north of Palos Verdes Drive North.
