I think you will be surprised how well things will work out if you attend a meeting and be heard in an open forum. E-mails and U-Tube are not getting you the results you desire. I hope to see you at the next meeting.
Claudia - I hope you are right! I am scared to attend since I have recieve threating emails and threats of restraining orders. I want to see more that just "words" in meetings, we have seen that and they are just words and often not recorded. I want to see some written documents some plans some schedules. I hope the project can become controled and communicated and finally completed and not remain an open sore!
I wrote many many letters to the PBCA board and got no place and no response, I feared that there was over dumping as a whole lot ( not a valley being filled) grew infront of my home with days of dumping and not a word of saftey or repair to the almost unpassable road@
I disagree with you, this is definitely working to my advantage. From my point of view:
1) the dumping has stopped,
2) the road finally got smoothed and usable
3) there is even real talk of pavement!
4) some oversight has occured
that is all thing I had desired. I did not delay anything - the lack of infromation and concern for members questions and building the athomsphere of fear and persecution and so many unexplained issues, that was created by HOA was the caused my public reaction, the HOA was the seed to this delay.
I only seek to have closure after four years and safe paved roads like we had before. I would like my view restored and be able to conduct my home "board approved" projects with some understanding of the community plans and how they impact the plans. I would not like a drainage issue caused by bad planning of racing the grade. I seek to not have dumptrucks at 9:00 pm or on holidays, I quest to look out and not see a dumptruck or tractor or a raw pile of dirt for the next four years. These are resonable requests.
BTW
I thought there was a vote on sending the community members all out a "lawyer letter" from the community board to reflect why the grading is going on for drainage, I did not see anthing in the last minutes, did that board vote go un-recorded or did I miss that in the minutes? Anyone am I confused on that vote protocal?
