THERE IS NO DRAINAGE ISSUE OTHER THAN THE ONE MADE BY DUMPING- IN THE LANDSLIDE 2 ROADS ARE NOT BETTER THAN ONE...

Like get real, this is my business, this new road being built directly in front of my home for over 2 years, OMG what do you call my business, could it be the dumping and grading as you see in this video that has been going on for two years with out permit on an active landslide. Shame on all who did not make it their business. Shame on all that turned their heads and did not ask why this was going on and why we need a two lane road and if this dirt would be of danger to the landslide homes! Each that did not ask why all that construction with the result that NO road repair or pavement ever provided to 14 homes on a loop - there is a letter at the city that supports that NO PBCA work was done to any PBCA road in 2007. Shame on me for only just writing letters to a Community association who ignored each one for letting them bully me into allowing so much "so called help". Dumping is not help! A new maintainable access would be helping.

HELPING?? Grading and finishing the whole loop after 25 years would be helping. Making all the roads accessible for Fire trucks and Horse trailers would be helping. All we got was 2 years of dump trucks and tractors on private property on the same stretch of road. Trying to build a new road where we already had one, one that was not planed or proven solution with out regard to my home and its road access, approved committee plan. I wrote the community for plans and impact and schedule and got nothing so "that is my business".

If I am stupid then please educate me, on how tons of outside un compacted soil to build new road right next to the old road that has a regular 4 month crack is helping anything? That same crack is in the new fill, so what now we have to maintain two roads over an active crack? There are 8-11 autos on this road and about 0 to 4 horses on this road each day. Why does a new road of questionable fill that raised the height of the grade provide any service to the people of this community? Was it fixing drainage? we did not report any problem with drainage, drainage is not repaired UPSLOPE according to the books that I have researched.

We already have a road, we just need it to maintained, and paved like it used to be for 20 years. The crack only impacts a small percentage of this road the rest could be paved.

If this WORK is soo good then why not get the correct approval, plans and a permit? Follow the law of the city and the community do not rise above a committee what we have to answer to, make plans that impact our homes and property with out plans. This is not lawless anarchy wild wild west, these are homes and families.

IT is obvious that both of my polars, bless them, are more polite and creative, than your middle school base name calling singularity.

Kiss and BTW love witches, try again go deeper next time as there is a great hole of pure white logic and truth is waiting for you to open your eyes to the light that things have gone too dang far.

U TUBE is the truth - a video shows what has happened and what I have said in letters but it gains the attention of the people who ignored me then it EMPOWERS the small and weak and IF it angers the powerful then so BE IT, watch and see - road repair or DUMPING on private land? let your eyes and ears see what I have been seeing and hearing for 2 years.

I urge you to attend the monthly board meetings to get the results you are seeking. Please read my other replies. I think you will be surprised how well things will work out if you attend a meeting and be heard in an open forum. E-mails and U-Tube are not getting you the results you desire. I hope to see you at the next meeting.

Maddio, I have a question regarding the following statement you made: "If this WORK is soo good then why not get the correct approval, plans and a permit? Follow the law of the city and the community do not rise above a committee what we have to answer to, make plans that impact our homes and property with out plans. This is not lawless anarchy wild wild west, these are homes and families."

Did the city approve you and your husband moving your house from your lower lot to its current location? Did they deem it beneficial to the land movement? If so, please share with us their geological research.

We have already been turned in for moving our home, too late for this attack.

This is work that has been on going for 4 years, this is the loss the pavement and safe access the community is entitled too with only dumping to show, The pipe work gets done over and over again becuase of mistakes and lack of good plans and has impacted the whole neighborhoods access, This work impact other peoples private property who do not even know it what is getting done, views and standards of living and when people had concerns they where ignored.

That is the difference. We have already been busted..

We seek closure and safe roads for all, not living through a front yard attempt at solving the ancient landslide. Please pick another valley to fill or grade drainage instead of filling the valleys with soil.

Claudia - I hope you are right! I am scared to attend since I have recieve threating emails and threats of restraining orders. I want to see more that just "words" in meetings, we have seen that and they are just words and often not recorded. I want to see some written documents some plans some schedules. I hope the project can become controled and communicated and finally completed and not remain an open sore!

I wrote many many letters to the PBCA board and got no place and no response, I feared that there was over dumping as a whole lot ( not a valley being filled) grew infront of my home with days of dumping and not a word of saftey or repair to the almost unpassable road@ I disagree with you, this is definitely working to my advantage. From my point of view:
1) the dumping has stopped,
2) the road finally got smoothed and usable
3) there is even real talk of pavement!
4) some oversight has occured
that is all thing I had desired.

I did not delay anything - the lack of infromation and concern for members questions and building the athomsphere of fear and persecution and so many unexplained issues, that was created by HOA was the caused my public reaction, the HOA was the seed to this delay.

I only seek to have closure after four years and safe paved roads like we had before. I would like my view restored and be able to conduct my home "board approved" projects with some understanding of the community plans and how they impact the plans. I would not like a drainage issue caused by bad planning of racing the grade. I seek to not have dumptrucks at 9:00 pm or on holidays, I quest to look out and not see a dumptruck or tractor or a raw pile of dirt for the next four years. These are resonable requests.

BTW
I thought there was a vote on sending the community members all out a "lawyer letter" from the community board to reflect why the grading is going on for drainage, I did not see anthing in the last minutes, did that board vote go un-recorded or did I miss that in the minutes? Anyone am I confused on that vote protocal?
