Posted: Fri Jul 25, 2008 12:49 pmAs Captain of the Starship Tangerine, I document these facts to let it be known what goes down in the Alpha Portuguese bend East Side Quandrant.
TODAY FRIDAY AT NOON ( a very very interesting time to do work because city hall is closed) …
A representative of the PBCA using a tractor..Moved the rocks that where placed on the entrance sides of the "new" TANGERINE road entrance, and he moved them to block the top of the new road and he took the detour and the road block signs away. The view still looks awful a huge big white dirt fill hill where there was none, in my front window, but no more orange detour signs…no more danger of off-road trucks doing spinouts and throwing dirt on my home.
But he-who-shall-not-be-named, unfortunately failed to take a but few minutes and smooth the awful access road on tangerine, the road has still a huge crack causing damage to cars and angst to the neighbors it would have only taken about 4 minutes to smooth that crack and the tractor was only 100 feet from the problem.

I can only wonder and not understand anything these actions other than HWSNBN leaving it there to torment the community in to blaming "me" for being a troublemaker. PLEASE PBCA 'you has got you' a permit for road repair so please use it to repair!
