=Fairly rampantly, there is a rumor of an incident with our community association PBCA Portuguese Bend, the illegally hooked up a water pipe to a Cal Water service outside a meter to water a plant bed at our community PEPPERTREE gate. I was told that Cal Water have had to since contact the PBCA and had PBCA remove this piping hack at our Peppertree Gate Rancho Palos Verdes.

This rumored transgressions with this community association at this point it is just word of mouth. I am sure the communications of the California Water service are public. The PBCA have not made this activity public to the members of this community yet. I cannot tell since you require physical meeting attendance which is difficult especially for land owners who live in out of state. We need to know the truth and be forthcoming with community actions as these people represent us all here in Portuguese Bend we should not be law breakers and if this is a rumor it should be dismissed now, this reflects on our community and its values.

I feel that If the Community Association did something that was not ethical or because they thought it was cool at the time then they should make some sort of statement of record. It is not a reflection on its members unless we let it be so and turn our heads away. :(

The wall came tumbling down - the bricks are gone- I bet soon there will be little evidence left of the "Water Gate" ...
