I just had to perform weed abatement on the trash dump fill that fell all over my lot last year - I had this all mitigated for several years before the dump came to town. As usual, our community would not answer any of my letters regarding the destruction of my topsoil and landscaping new burden imposed on me, so I am struggling with the tumbleweeds again just like 15 years ago - well who cares, right? it is -suffer the stupid for the good of all... I dream that if I dumped 200 of tons of soil over landscaping on anyone elses lot then they could all be happy like me.
BUT I Digress - I am concerned with the lot ( Currently In the predicted 3rd act of "STALL and PUNISH US" STAGE) #2 TANGERINE the NEW lot well is again covered with fine ugly dusty fill not the good topsoil it once had and also the lot is dramatically larger due to the save the slide efforts... I am concerned because this owner did not barely have a lot there before - this owner never had to deal with WEED ABATEMENT , the community contractor has made a large high flat fill lot and this person needs to be aware that in a few years if he does not abate the city will disk his lot and bill his property tax account.
I hope our PBCA board has the kindness to alert the owner to the changes in the depth and grading of his lot as it may have an impacts his finances.
