Does anyone know why the PBCA board stopped posting minutes?

If they can email notice of meeting why can't they email the minutes? I have been assured the new PBCA website will be up very soon with all the minutes and more...but that has been months with no minutes to inform us.

According to Mr. Mike Packard, PCAM, CPM, CCAM, President of N. N. Jaeschke, an Associa member company based in San Diego, the approved minutes of community association board meetings must be made available to the members thirty days following the meeting. There's no requirement that the minutes be mailed or posted, just that they are available. So, if you're interested in viewing them, contact your board or manager, if applicable.

Can anyone find where they approved the new road? Can anyone find the drainage complaint? I am going to place them all in one big PDF and search for the words APPROVAL, drainage, plan for TANGERINE and see if anything ever comes up other than the pavement bid in 2005 that they where supposed to get. I see they were asking for plans and schedule... but I cannot find approval for all the new road building.

The board has decided that minutes should not be available to the general public and should be available only to members of the association. Once the minutes have been approved by the board, they will be available at the board meeting. Additionally, any association member who would like to have the minutes emailed should email Director Tim Kelly (tkellyrpv@aol.com) and ask to receive the minutes via email.
