Do you TRUST THEM?

The PB community association seems dysfunctional:
□ Unable to control its contractors,
□ Unable answer mail officially, insist on meeting attendance for the elderly and the out of state?
□ Unable provide official minutes,
□ Unable make schedules or show approve plans,
□ Unable control commercial usage of private property
□ Unable control access to the community by the public venues

The community association has impacted private property dumping and grading with out notice,
The community association has condoned and collaborated in the improper usage public water for the front gate foliage. The community association members have intimidated members with threats of a restraining order and slanders at a meeting; The Association has even removed a budgeted cameras that gathered evidence. Why would you purchase and place a camera and not budget $20 a month for electricity? These actions do not fit with “the Board members are saints for free work” mantra. Are we getting less and less information for a reason?

Why do we hear all this praise of free work and then contradictory complaining about high costs, neither free work or high costs are getting any proven results or road repair to road sides east.
